Marie is Mina’s great aunt. She is the former owner of the apartment where Mina and her dad currently live.

History[]

Marie had owned a special key and lived in the Orlock Apartments, where Bunnicula was imprisoned.

At some point, she had dealings with Count Orlock and uninvited him from the building for unknown reasons.

When she died, she gave Mina the special key and her father her old house.

Appearance[]

Marie appears to have dark, brown hair and wears a white, puffy dress.

Personality[]

Nothing much is known about her personality, except that something might've motivated her into leaving her key to her great-niece.

She seems to have a deep yet subtle love/appreciation for the supernatural, as she used to take care of Bunnicula and (as mentioned in "The Thingy") she had managed to help a shapeshifter calm down by creating a cold room for it in the cellar by installing a mechanical freezer.

This seems to imply that Marie had a grasp of futuristic technology as her designs were beyond the norm of her time.

Episode Appearances[]

Trivia[]

  • It is unknown how she died.
  • According to Jessica Borutski, she is Arthur's aunt and Mina's great aunt and shares the same last name as Mina and her dad.
  • It is unknown if Vlady is her brother or nephew.
  • Marie did not make any physical appearances until the episode, “Lafitte's Lucky Locket.”
