Tabatha the Witch is a minor character of Bunnicula.
History[]
Tabatha first appeared disguising herself as a teenage girl. She encountered Mina and encountered the pets. Through out the episode Tabatha prevent Mina from hugging Bunnicula, making him more miserable. Later when Mina went to the store to pick up Mayo for her dad, Tabatha revealed that she can understand Chester and Harold and use a spell to turn them into grapes. She then had her Newt go to Mina's apartment and get Bunnicula. After finally capturing him Tabatha made him a deal; his fangs for their freedom. After getting the fangs it was revealed the she reason she prevent Bunnicula from getting a hug from Mina was because she was creating a powerful growth serum and the main ingredient was the fangs of a emotionally negated vampire-rabbit and offer him a giant carrot, which also revealed he can regrow his fangs.
Later when Mina returned and see Tabatha, she mistake her for her grandmother and Tabatha played along, transforming her back to her teen self and told Mina that Bunnicula wants a hug. It is unknown whether he is still friends with Mina
Appearance[]
Tabatha's human form is a dark-skinned girl roughly the age and appearance of a teenager. Her dark hair done into braids and into a top bun on top of her head with her wand inside the bun and a headband over her head. She has bay leaf colored leaf shaped earrings, along with a matching necklace. Her clothing consists of a yellow tee and dark spring green pants with a patter around the waistband and greenish tan shoes and two dark jungle green wristbands.
Tabatha's witch form retains similar clothing with her tee becoming a long sleeve blouse and her pants into a skirt. Her skin is a dusky purple with noticable skin spots, her red lipstick being more noticeable. Her hair covered by a leaf-like hat.
Personality[]
While normally a very friendly witch, she'd go great lengths to hurt anyone's feelings-- even those of a vampire rabbit-- and/or go so far as to use magic to create a hostage situation if it means getting her potions to work correctly, especially the one she's working on for magical fertilizer on account she is proud of being a fruit-and-vegetable growing champion in county fairs and other events. Once she has what she wants/needs, however, she goes back to showing her true, sweethearted colors.
